  • Where can I buy entrance tickets?

    You can buy your entrance tickets here. Please don't forget to bring your ticket with you. You can show your ticket on your mobile phone or bring a hard copy. Tickets are also available for sale at The Blue Curaçao Experience’s entrance.

  • How long are my entry tickets valid?

    Your ticket is exclusively valid on the date that you have chosen to visit The Blue Curaçao Experience.

  • Can I reschedule my booking?

    Yes, you can. If you would like to reschedule your booking, please send an email to booking@thebluecuracaoexperience.com and make sure to include your booking ID and the desired new date in the email. Please check our rescheduling policies as written in our terms & conditions which you can find in your booking confirmation email.

  • Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?

    Yes, you can. If you would like to cancel your booking, please send an email to booking@thebluecuracaoexperience.com and make sure to include your booking ID in the email. Please check our cancellation policies as written in our terms & conditions which you can find in your booking confirmation email.

  • I have lost my confirmation email, what do I need to do?

    Please send an email to booking@thebluecuracaoexperience.com stating the name of the person who ordered the tickets and the booking date. We will send you a new confirmation email as soon as possible.

  • Can I still buy tickets online if I do not have a printer?

    Yes, you can. You will receive a booking confirmation email with your ticket attached as a pdf. You can download this to your smartphone (or tablet) and show it at the entrance of The Blue Curaçao Experience.

  • Are children allowed to enter The Blue Curaçao Experience?

    Yes, children are allowed in The Blue Curaçao Experience, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to visitors under the age of 18, but they are still welcome to join. It is a fun experience for all ages. They will love to solve puzzles and crack codes!

  • Is The Blue Curaçao Experience easily accessible for disabled visitors?

    Yes, it is. We have a separate entrance for disabled visitors. The tour circuit can be followed in a wheelchair.

  • Is it possible to get to The Blue Curaçao Experience by public transportation?

  • Are pets allowed in The Blue Curaçao Experience?

    Due to the dynamic environment of music and lights pets might get scared. Therefore, pets are not allowed into The Blue Curaçao Experience.

  • Does The Blue Curaçao Experience have a gift shop?

    Yes. In our gift shop we have a selection of our Senior Genuine Curaçao Liqueur and Glacial products. After the tour you can visit the shop and bring part of your Blue Experience story home with you.

  • How much does a bottle of liqueur cost?

    The prices vary. We have different tastes and two bottle sizes: 375 ml and 750 ml. Prices range from USD 17 to USD 30. We also have a variety of packages with smaller bottles, great as a gift, but also to experience more tastes at home!

  • What are the different tastes of the liqueur?

    Our Senior Genuine Curaçao Liqueur, which is an orange-flavored liqueur, comes in five colors: Blue, Clear, Orange, Red and Green. We also offer other specialty liqueur tastes, such as Chocolate, Coffee, Rum Raisin and Tamarind. For more information please visit curacaoliqueur.com.
